About Devon
Devon is the author of 'The Lives and Loves of The Modern Goddess' - now available as an ebook novella on Amazon Kindle by clicking here - and of the 'Vampires of Hollywood' and 'New Orleans Mysteries' series of lesbian novels. Book 1 of her vampire series, 'Dante's Awakening' is in production as an E-book from Untreed Reads available by clicking here. The first book in the New Orleans-based crime thriller series featuring lesbian PI Willie Rae Flynn is currently being re-edited and revamped for a new publication. Details to follow. Devon has also authored numerous short stories and articles.
Devon was born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland, a fact of which she is immodestly proud, mostly because these genetics enable her to consume vast amounts of alcohol and not fall down. She currently hides out on a remote Scottish island with a housemate and a dog, both of whom have the patience of saints to put up with her idiosyncracies. To while away the time she has studied such diverse '-ologies' as Crminology, Egyptology, and Theology. When she is not writing, which admittedly is not often, she is a self-confessed book and TV addict. Her favorite authors include Stephen King, James Lee Burke, Gail Carriger, and Charlaine Harris. She swears there is no truth to rumors that she was either a trained CIA operative, or is a vampire. She just keeps odd hours.
